At Mae & Eden, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and always strive to handle returns fairly and reasonably. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
How to Request a Return

Order Cancellations
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You may cancel your order anytime before it ships, which usually means within 3 days after placing it.
Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of purchase. Please note:

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund.

Returned items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage may be denied a refund.
Return Shipping & Fees

If the return is due to personal preference (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The exact fee depends on your chosen carrier.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, we’ll cover the shipping costs.

For all non-defective returns, a 15% restocking fee applies to cover handling and repackaging.
To help us process your return faster, please include a note in the package with your full name, email address, order number, and reason for return.

Refunds apply to the product(s) only—original shipping charges (including express or international shipping) are non-refundable.

If you received a discounted bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned together to qualify for a refund.

Returns involving discount codes or automatic promotions are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Once your return is received, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
